Why Mediation

Mediation is an alternative to divorce.  Parties agree to work together with a third neutral party  (mediator) in order to resolve issues of child custody, visitation, child and/or spousal support, division of assets and debts.

This is done in a collaborative  process, whose main objective is to keep parties out of court and complete the process in a timely fashion.  This process  give parties more control of the process and greater control of  the outcome.   We look for the "Win-Win".

Mediation can be a cost effective way to terminate a marriage.  Nikii Baker is a Certified Family Mediator who loves working with families.  It is her  intent to work towards resolving the issues between parties in such a way that they are able to maintain a healthy co-parenting relationship.
